Peering Policy

• You should be somewhere in the top 1000 highest-traffic sites (preferably the top 500).
• You must have a static IP address, and should not be on a cable/dsl line.
• Cross-feeding only.
• Real-time feeds only.
• Text-only feeds, please - absolutely no binaries.
• We will most likely peer with any higher education site, regardless of whether you are on the top 1000 list or not.
